Brace yourself Twitter users, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez will soon be coming to a Twitter feed near you. This is the same person who said that using Twitter, the internet and text messaging to criticize his regime was "terrorism." Earlier this week, Venezuela’s state-run communications agency announced “Comandante Chavez is going to open his Twitter account soon to wage the battle online.” The agency went on to say that he will "break records" for Twitter followers and I’m sure he will. The only problem is that he’ll have to come up with a Twitter handle—@HugoChavez is already taken.
