Duncan's Slam Dunk

It’s always hoops season for Arne Duncan, the basketball-obsessed Secretary of Education: To the delight of surprised fans, the 6’ 5” former Harvard player showed up at Georgetown’s Kenner League Sunday afternoon and played for a team named “Can’t Be Stop.” The annual summer college showcase always gets some VIP drop-ins, but this was the first time a Cabinet secretary hit the court, reports the Post’s Dan Steinberg.
