President Obama announced last week the Olympic opening ceremony delegation is heading to London next month. Washingtonian magazine says, "The President has selected seven people to represent the U.S. at the opening ceremonies July 27, which includes the First Lady and a number of former Olympic and Paralympic stars. Among them will be Grant Hill, a member of the 1996 Dream Team; and Dominique Dawes, who has three bronze medals and one gold, earned as part of the 1996 Magnificent Seven. The First Lady will lead the delegation and hopes to parlay the excitement surrounding the games into increased sports participation by American kids."
